Fleas & Ticks– In the event that during the grooming process we find fleas & ticks then we require that the pet be treated for them immediately.

 With Nail trimming every effort is made to trim nails as accurately as possible, in some cases to avoid physical discomfort the trim may not be 100% “technically accurate”.

Refusal of Service/Aggressive Dogs-We reserve the right to cease any grooming services in the event any pet displays aggressive behavior or it becomes evident that it is in the best interest of the pet not to continue our services.

**All grooming prices are dependent on the condition of the dog upon arrival. Heavily matted dogs require additional grooming services and will be billed accordingly***
